Notice of Annual General Meeting
| The next Monthly Meeting for all members is the Annual General Meeting and will be held on Monday 2 March, 2020. The venue for this meeting is the Salon G.L., Avenida Mediterráneo, Teulada near the Bar Mediterráneo. The doors are open to existing members at 9:30 a.m. to renew their membership (the fee is €10 per person), visit the groups and travel desks or see details of the cultural events. The formal meeting will commence at 10:30 a.m. As this is the Annual General Meeting, we do not accept applications for new members on this day. Once the formal business has started at 10:30 a.m., the renewals, groups and travel information desks will be closed. There will not be a speaker at this meeting due to the election of officers and members of the Committee. |
