This is a notice that the April meeting will be an Extraordinary General Meeting as we will be approving the 2014 accounts and also asking the members to vote on the move of the AGM from the Fourth Quarter of the year to the First Quarter of the year.
The Constitution states that the AGM should be in the fourth quarter but we have checked with our Spanish Lawyer. As long as it is agreed with the members, we can move the AGM and we do not need to update the Constitution for this single item.
