Note 1

The quote for the ship charter is only valid until 10th January 2016.

We will only be able to renew the quote and confirm the booking after we have collected sufficient bookings and deposits.

Note 2

The cost of the flights has been based on flights in September/October 2016.

Both the schedule and price may change in 2017.

Note 3

Many prices quoted have been 2016 prices because prices for 2017 have yet to be announced.

Note 4

The 2016 flight schedule for the final Saturday in September suggests that we will not arrive back in Moraira until the early hours of Sunday morning. If the 2017 flight schedule is similar, we will probably include an additional overnight stay in Barcelona and return to Moraira on the Sunday.

Note 5

Since we are now flying from Barcelona to Venice, it would be possible to leave one or two days earlier to provide the group with the opportunity to visit Venice. If the majority of the tour group are in favour of this, we will investigate our options so that decision can be made before we book the flights in October 2016.
