For their November meeting the Chicas tried a new venue – Hotel Mañet in El Portet. The weather was kind, the sun shone, and we were able to eat outside, with our cava reception down in the bar area overlooking the sea. The usual Portet parking nightmare was solved by use of the restaurant’s private parking area. As it was their final day before closing for a week all the food was special order, including a huge paella. The food was excellent and plentiful, as was the service, and forty six Chicas went home having enjoyed a great afternoon. Thanks as ever to Lynn and her team.
